Do I need a complete redesign?
Not necessarily. A targeted audit or integration may solve the problem without replacing the website. We recommend the smallest meaningful scope after discovery.
Who owns the code, website, domain and integrations?
Ownership, licenses, source access, subscriptions and transfer procedures should be explicitly set out in the signed agreement. We prefer client-controlled domain, hosting and vendor accounts.
Can the business update its own pages?
Yes, if we scope a content workflow suited to the editors. Astro can use structured files, a headless editor or an ongoing support process.
Can Ninth Life help if the site is built elsewhere?
We can assess the current platform and integrations. Access, compatibility, third-party terms and the agreed scope determine what work is feasible.

Why static-first Astro?
For many marketing sites, prebuilt HTML helps keep pages light. Forms and authenticated features still use appropriate secure services. Astro is a technical choice, not a guarantee of speed or rankings.
Can you migrate WordPress or another builder?
Yes, when the existing functionality can be mapped to a new architecture. Content, redirects, asset licenses, publishing workflows and integrations are reviewed first.
Can you guarantee number-one rankings?
No. Rankings and AI-generated answers are independently determined by search and AI platforms. We can improve technical foundations, content usefulness and measurement.
Do your websites meet WCAG 2.2 AA?
It is a development target. Actual conformance requires testing and remediation on the delivered pages, including manual keyboard and assistive-technology review.
What happens to an old website's search history?
We inventory valuable URLs, redirect changed paths to relevant pages, preserve useful content and monitor Search Console after migration. Historical rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Will AI replace our team?
We prioritize staff-supported workflows, human approvals and controlled exceptions. We do not promise job replacement or allow models to invent binding prices or operational commitments.
Can you connect our POS, calendar or CRM?
Only if the vendor and account support a suitable secure interface. We verify API terms, access permissions and data ownership before committing to integration behavior.
How are customer records protected?
Security depends on the actual data and architecture. We define roles, avoid unneeded collection, use approved vendor integrations and validate access boundaries. No project should claim blanket security without testing.
Can we start with a small AI pilot?
Yes. A narrow workflow with known inputs, human review and measurable success criteria is usually safer than a broad untested chatbot.

What do you test before launch?
Important pages, mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, contrast, metadata, redirects, sitemap, forms, status codes and service integrations. Tests require the real environment, not only a source build.
Does a static site need maintenance?
Yes. Domains, content, connected APIs, email and third-party links still require ownership and periodic attention.
How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on the deliverables, migration, design, systems and support. We define scope before providing a written estimate rather than advertising a price that may not fit the project.
What is the best way to get started?
